Paris Saint-Germain are willing to let Edinson Cavani leave for a €20 million fee, club sources have told ESPN.
The 32-year-old is wanted by Atletico Madrid to solve their goal-scoring crisis and they have already had a €10m offer rejected.
If Cavani were to leave, PSG are considering a move for former striker Kevin Gameiro, whose club Valencia are keen to move him on, to replace him.

An alternative would be Fernando Llorente, who joined Napoli on a free transfer last summer.
Atletico Madrid are now optimistic about completing a deal for Cavani, sources have told ESPN, having believed the transfer was near impossible earlier in the January window.
However there is some disagreement within the club as to whether they should increase their original bid to resolve the situation now, or wait to pick up the forward for free in the summer.
Atletico have scored just 22 league goals this season and they have been over-reliant on Alvaro Morata, while Joao Felix is yet to settle in the Spanish capital.
Long-term absentee Diego Costa is expected to return in February after undergoing surgery on a herniated cervical disc.
Cavani only wants to join Atletico, sources have told ESPN, despite reported interest in recent days from Premier League clubs Chelsea and Manchester United.
Although agreement has not yet been reached between club and player on personal terms, they are not expected to be an issue.
Atletico are not in a position to spend on a significant transfer fee this month, and they are also close to their La Liga-imposed salary cap.
They would therefore need to sell before bringing in Cavani.
One candidate would be Thomas Lemar, who has been a disappointment since joining from Monaco for €70m in 2018, although he is out with a hamstring injury.
