The Premier League has announced its eight nominees for Young Player of the Year with Chelsea‘s Christian Pulisic and Manchester United‘s Marcus Rashford both featuring.

United duo Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood were also nominated alongside Liverpool‘s Trent Alexander-Arnold, Aston Villa‘s Jack Grealish, Sheffield United‘s Dean Henderson and Chelsea’s Mason Mount.

United’s attacking trio of Rashford, Martial and Greenwood was praised for helping Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side secure a top three finish this season, scoring more goals than Liverpool’s title-winning front three.

Pulisic, who joined Chelsea in a £64 million move from Dortmund, was voted the U.S’s youngest ever Male Player of the Year in 2017 and has become a pivotal cog in Frank Lampard‘s young side.
