Arsenal wrapped up their preseason with a 2-0 victory against Lyon in the Emirates Cup final on Sunday.

Mikel Arteta named a strong team for the game, including Martin Ødegaard, Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka.

William Saliba opened the scoring for Arsenal on nine minutes before Gabriel Magalhães added a second on 27 minutes.

Riccardo Calafiori, a summer signing from Bologna, made his first appearance as an Arsenal player, coming off the bench in the 64th minute to replace Oleksandr Zinchenko.

Arsenal begin their 2024-25 Premier League campaign against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday.
