The summer transfer window is open! Transfer Talk brings you all the latest buzz on rumours, comings, goings and, of course, done deals!

TOP STORY: Barca look to make move for Bayern’s Coman

Barcelona are interested in a move for Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman, reports Sport.

The 28-year-old is reported to be seen as a potential alternative to Athletic Club‘s Nico Williams, who the Blaugrana are keen to “exhaust their options for” before moving forward with other players on their shortlist.

Manager Hansi Flick is supportive of an approach for the France international, having previously utilised him as a starter during his time as Bayern boss and there is the belief that the Bundesliga club would be open to a potential loan deal until the end of the season in which Barca will cover his salary.

Coman contributed to six goals in 17 Bundesliga matches last season, and he is believed to be seen as a strong transfer option should Barcelona struggle to make progress for Williams. Juventus winger Federico Chiesa is also said to have been offered to the LaLiga side.

PAPER GOSSIP

– The green light has been given by Real Sociedad midfielder Martín Zubimendi regarding a potential switch to Liverpool, reports Relevo. The Reds are believed to have been prioritising a move for a No.6 in the transfer window, and it looks as though they are edging closer to landing Zubimendi, who has a release clause in his contract worth £51.7 million.

Tottenham Hotspur are confident of landing AFC Bournemouth striker Dominic Solanke, reports the Times. Spurs have been reported to have been sounding out a move for the 26-year-old of late, and the latest indicates that they are also willing to activate his £65m release clause if an agreement isn’t reached over a transfer fee with the Cherries. Solanke scored 19 goals in 38 Premier League matches last season.

– A move for Newcastle United right-back Kieran Trippier is being considered by West Ham United, reports the Telegraph. The Hammers are reported to be the latest club to be keeping tabs on the 33-year-old, who has also been on the radar of clubs in Saudi Arabia. Trippier has less than 12 months remaining on his contract at St. James’ Park, and he could be seen as a potential alternative to Manchester United‘s Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Al Ahli are interested in a move for Tottenham Hotspur striker Richarlison, reports Ben Jacobs. The Saudi Pro League club are believed to have been monitoring the 27-year-old across the summer, and it is reported that Spurs would be willing to let him go if their valuation of £60m is met. Richarlison scored 11 goals in 28 Premier League games last season.

Borussia Dortmund are at the front of the queue to sign TSG Hoffenheim striker Maximilian Beier, reports Sky Sports Deutschland’s Florian Plettenberg. While Liverpool are reported to have been interested in the 21-year-old, it is believed that he has already made his decision to join BVB over other suitors. Talks are going on between the two Bundesliga clubs to reach an agreement over a fee.
